Long Bio.

Sarah is the Founder and Director of Olive Business Partners, providing Virtual CFO and financial consulting services to businesses looking to improve their financial position and achieve sustainable growth. Sarah is passionate about working with business owners and leaders who are energised by what they do and are driven by purpose.

Sarah is an accomplished CFO and qualified CPA who has successfully led high performing teams across financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strategic projects, commercial finance and financial control. She holds a BA/BCom from Deakin University and has worked for several top tier multi-national and ASX listed companies including GE, Kraft Foods, Mondelez, Kellogg’s, Lion, Bega and Target. Sarah has also been the CFO at Buzz, a privately owned product design agency, where she was responsible for overseeing the Finance, Planning and IT functions.

In addition to running her business, Sarah also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Deakin University Accounting Department and as a Non-Executive Director and Treasurer for Gasworks Arts Park.

Throughout her career, Sarah has consistently demonstrated a passion for working with purpose-led business leaders to solve problems. She is committed to educating leaders and creating a culture of trust and authenticity with both her clients and team members. With her extensive experience in various finance and business roles and a focus on building trusting relationships, Sarah brings a unique skill set and collaborative approach to her work.

Sarah is also a regular panelist, presenter and keynote speaker for industry events and is passionate about empowering the next generation of leaders.

Sarah lives in Melbourne Australia with her husband and five year old son.
